About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow CSM Developer with strong QA expertise to join our team. The role requires hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and customizing ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) modules, along with a solid background in quality assurance and testing methodologies .
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow CSM platform.
- Configure, customize, and enhance ServiceNow applications to align with business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform QA activities, including test planning, test case development, regression testing, and defect management.
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and provide support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and performance optimization.
- Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and support ongoing enhancements.
- Prepare technical documentation, release notes, and test scripts.
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a strong focus on Customer Service Management (CSM) .Proven expertise in ServiceNow development (JavaScript, Glide APIs, workflows, integrations).Strong background in QA / testing methodologies within ServiceNow projects.Hands-on experience with Automated Test Framework (ATF) or other ServiceNow automated testing tools.Experience with REST / SOAP integrations and third-party tool integrations.Solid understanding of ITSM / CSM processes and best practices.Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.Nice-to-Have Skills
ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS–CSM, CAD, or equivalent).Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies.Exposure to other ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, etc.Requirements
