We’re Hiring – Sales Manager (Electronic Components Division)

Location : Bengaluru, Karnataka

Experience : 3–5 Years | Qualification : B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics

Industry : Electronics / Semiconductor Distribution / Component Sales

Job Type : Full-Time

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our Electronic Components Division, focusing on Microcontrollers, Power Semiconductors, Passive Components, Connectors, and more.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Drive B2B sales strategies for microcontrollers & related components
  • Identify & onboard OEMs, EMS companies, R&D labs, and distribution partners
  • Manage existing accounts & develop new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with application engineers & product teams to deliver value-added solutions
  • Achieve sales targets & expand market presence nationwide
  • Liaise with international component manufacturers & distributors
  • Prepare accurate forecasts, reports, and customer documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics (mandatory)
  • Proven experience in sales within the electronic components industry
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer requirements
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategies
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strategic thinking and ability to drive sales initiatives independently
  • Strong knowledge of microcontroller families (STM32, PIC, Renesas, NXP, etc.)
  • Technical expertise in semiconductors, passives, connectors, sensors
  • Experience in international sales or working with global teams is a plus
  • Preferred Experience :

  • Exposure to Automotive, Industrial Automation, Consumer Electronics, Solar / Green Energy, EV, or IoT sectors
  • Compensation : Competitive salary + performance-based incentives
