Why this role?

We are seeking an AWS Full Stack Development Leader to build and scale our AWS-focused Full Stack team of 50+ engineers. This leader will drive technical excellence, organizational transformation, and strategic outcomes while ensuring innovation, cost efficiency, and employee development.

This position also includes being part of the India Technology & Engineering Centre (ITEC) Leadership Team (LT) and serving as Pune site lead.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and mentor teams of 50+ Full Stack developers, fostering a high-performance, innovative culture.
• Provide technical and strategic leadership in Full Stack development, cloud-native solutions, and modern software practices.
• Champion AI-driven development practices, DevOps, and enterprise-grade architecture.
• Drive talent management, employee engagement, and organizational transformation.
• Manage budgets, resource allocation, and operational excellence.
• Collaborate globally with KONE IT and ITEC LT to align with business strategy.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, security, and global standards.
