Tech Lead - Full Stack Development

vConstruct, a Pune based Construction Technology company seeks a Full Stack Tech Lead to develop our critical Enterprise Applications. Successful candidate will be part of a cross-functional team that will be responsible for the full software development lifecycle - from the conception to the deployment.

Responsibilities :

• Understand and analyze the business requirements.
• Contribute to design and implementation of the overall application architecture.
• Create high level estimate for the release to understand the size of the project
• Contribute to sprint grooming, planning meetings add necessary details
• Guide the Team Technically and for problem solving
• Follow and contribute to best practices both in terms of technology and process
• Review code of the developers to ensure adherence to best practices and correctness of implementation
• Ensure the delivery quality and timelines within sprints and release
• Research emerging technologies and maintain awareness of current platform roadmaps to assist with developing strategic plans
• Implementation of the user interface
• Design and deployment of the database.
• Writing effective APIs
