DevOps Practice Lead - Azure / AWS Cloud

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of DevOps engineers across multiple projects.
• Participate in presales activities, including responding to RFPs, attending client meetings, building solution architectures, and delivering Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
• Architect and manage scalable infrastructure on Azure and AWS using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
• Design and implement end-to-end CI / CD pipelines to enable rapid and reliable software delivery.
• Manage containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes (K8s) across environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Development, QA, Product, and Architecture teams to ensure smooth integration and delivery.
• Drive initiatives around system performance monitoring, cost optimization, infrastructure resilience, and security.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in DevOps, MLOps, DevSecOps, and implement best practices across the Qualifications :
• 12 to 16 years of overall IT experience, with at least 7+ years in core DevOps roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms preferably both Azure and AWS.
• Proficient in using Terraform and Ansible for infrastructure automation.
• Deep understanding and hands-on experience in setting up and managing CI / CD pipelines.
• Solid experience in containerization technologies Docker and Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, etc.).
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Shell, or Bash.
• Prior experience in leading DevOps teams and working in Agile project environments.
