Our conferences and summits reach global markets across the EMEA & APAC regions where we engage with various CXO's and Business Leaders across industries in tech and non-tech spaces As an Operations & Events Executive at Exito Media Concepts Pvt Ltd, you will play a key supporting role in ensuring the smooth execution of our events. You will assist the operations team in managing logistics, coordinating with vendors and internal departments, and handling on-ground event support.
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Assist the operations team in planning and executing corporate events, conferences, and summits.
- Coordinate with hotels and venues for banquet bookings, F&B, and setup arrangements.
- Work closely with vendors for AV, fabrication, and branding requirements.
- Support the production team with on-site coordination, setup supervision, and logistical planning.
- Maintain event documentation, vendor tracking, and post-event reports.
- Travel to events (international & domestic) to oversee the on-site event operations.
Job Type :
1. Full time & On-site.
2. 5 day work week

Requirements
0.6 months - 1.5 yrs of experience in event coordination or operations.Bachelor’s degree in operations management, business administration or related field.Basic understanding of hotel banquet operations, including booking coordination, vendor management, and AV (Audio-Visual) setup requirements.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.Benefits
