Role Summary :
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Client Servicing Executive to be the key point of contact between our event agency and our clients. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding client requirements, ensuring timely execution of events, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver exceptional experiences.
Key Responsibilities :
▪ Managing the client relationship and working with the firm&aposs creative, media and digital teams to deliver great work for the brand(s)
▪ Opportunity to drive the direction of the brand through strategic communication ideas and team management
▪ Act as the primary liaison between the client and internal teams (creative, production, logistics, etc.)
▪ Understand client briefs and translate them into actionable event strategies and deliverables
▪ Prepare and present proposals, pitch presentations, and quotations
▪ Coordinate with vendors, production houses, and third-party agencies
▪ Ensure project timelines and budgets are adhered to
▪ Manage on-ground event execution in coordination with the production team
▪ Maintain regular client communication, share updates, and provide post-event reports
▪ Identify opportunities to upsell or extend client engagements
▪ Handle client feedback and resolve issues efficiently
▪ Maintain records of work done, competition, market insight and industry data
▪ Track work to ensure timely and accurate billing
▪ Provide insightful and smart briefs to relevant teams, to deliver quality work
▪ Plan, organise and guide internal processes and work, to meet deadlines
Creative and strategic presentations to the client
Profile
▪ A sound working understanding of the routines and basics of Brand Account management.
▪ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Event Management, or related field
▪ 1–4 years of experience in client servicing within an event management or advertising firm
▪ Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
▪ Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
▪ High level of professionalism and attention to detail
▪ Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines
▪ Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel; knowledge of project management tools is a plus
