Operations Executive

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing day-to-day operational activities to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Finance, HR, Procurement, and Sales to support cross-functional operations.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identify bottlenecks, and suggest process improvements.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and documentation related to operations performance and project updates.
• Support vendor management, procurement processes, and inventory control where applicable.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in implementing new systems, tools, or workflows to streamline operations.
• Provide support in planning and executing company-wide initiatives and events.Candidate Requirements
• Immediate joiner preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in an operations or administrative role; experience in a fast-growing company is a plus.
• Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and / or operations software (e.g., ERP, CRM tools).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively under pressure.
• Detail-oriented, with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
