About the role
As the Analyst - GBS STP Vendor Account Management, you will support the accurate and compliant management of vendor master data across the Source-to-Pay process. You will handle day-to-day activities such as vendor onboarding and maintenance, validating documentation, and updating banking and payment details to ensure timely and error-free transactions. This includes monitoring payment proposals, resolving vendor queries, and assisting with duplicate payment prevention and GR / IR reconciliation.
You will also contribute to process improvement by identifying data quality issues, supporting vendor statement matching, and using digital tools to reduce exceptions and improve touchless processing. Working closely with the Manager, Procurement, Finance, and delivery partners, you will help standardize processes and strengthen controls across regions. This role is critical to delivering accurate payments, safeguarding compliance, and enhancing supplier experience-advancing our OneReckitt GBS ambition.
Your responsibilities
Execute vendor onboarding and maintenance activities in line with global STP policies
Validate vendor documentation and ensure accuracy of master data updates
Monitor daily payment proposals and assist in resolving payment exceptions
Respond to vendor queries promptly and support duplicate payment prevention controls
Perform GR / IR reconciliation and assist with vendor statement matching
Identify data quality issues and escalate for remediation
Support process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives across regions
Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and delivery partners to maintain compliance and enhance supplier experience
The experience we're looking for
0-3 years of experience in payment monitoring, audit, Source-to-Pay (STP), Accounts Payable, or related finance operations
Exposure to shared services or global process-driven environments preferred
Working knowledge of payment lifecycle processes, including payment proposals, payment runs, and duplicate payment prevention
Understanding of compliance requirements, internal controls, and audit readiness with strong attention to accuracy
Familiarity with ERP systems and digital tools used for payment processing and exception handling
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset
Ability to manage high-volume transactional activities while maintaining quality and timeliness
Effective communication skills for documenting findings and reporting exceptions clearly
