Your New Role :

The Sr. Analyst, Application Portfolio Management will serve as a key contributor within the Enterprise Service Management Office (ESMO), reporting to the Senior Director of Service Engagement & Delivery.

This role is designed for an experienced professional with 7+ years of relevant experience who can operate independently, support junior analysts, and perform critical operational tasks that ensure the accuracy, completeness, and strategic alignment of the enterprise application portfolio.

This position is based in Role Accountabilities :

APPLICATION PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT EXECUTION :

• Maintain and enhance the accuracy of the Application Portfolio Management (APM) database, including data related to business applications, services, websites, mobile apps, and console games.
• Implement and refine automated and manual data quality processes to ensure compliance, completeness, and accuracy of application data.
• Support the implementation of APM disciplines and lifecycle management practices in collaboration with IT, business stakeholders, and platform teams.
• Generate and maintain dashboards and reports in ServiceNow to provide insights into application performance, utilization, and compliance.
• Develop and maintain information objects, process documentation, and reporting templates to support APM operations.
• Identify and champion opportunities for continuous improvement, including automation of manual processes and enhancement of data governance practices.
