4 -5 yrs of experience in AR collections. Voice Experience. Experience in Finance. . Work very closely with Business, Finance Leaders, Cash Apps and accounting teams. Good Listening skills and good in excel . Handle complex clients and relationship managers. Understanding the business and bad debt
