Role : Senior HR Business Partner
Location : Andheri, Mumbai
Responsibilities :
Understand business in depth to solve business and people challenges
Own all people related agenda for his / her span - Hiring, Retention, Engagement, L&D, Performance Management and HR Operations
Conducts HRBP 1 : 1's with supervisors and managers, acting as trusted partner, confidant, and coach
Manage and Drive org wide engagement initiatives / events / social clubs that foster collaboration, energy, and a sense of belonging within teams
Responds to employee relations issues for managers and leaders
Collaborates with managers to understand skills and competencies required for existing and open positions, aligning job descriptions
Strengthen awareness of policies, practices, Companies Values and Ways of Working
Provide HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, compensation, and organizational development
Develop people strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction
Lead core HR processes across products (performance calibration, compensation cycle, promotions)
Analyze and interpret various types of people data and (e.g., compensation, job levels, and attrition) to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions to management
Requirements :
Tier 1 MBA (2019–2021) or equivalent, or HR professionals with 8 -10 years of relevant experience.
At least 5+ years of HR Business Partnering experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong business understanding with the ability to translate business needs into actionable people strategies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and social skills with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
Strong problem-solving as well as analytical thinking abilities
High level of detail orientation, interpersonal skills, integrity and strong stakeholder focus
Proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint with ability to manage data and derive insights from the same which will enable informed decision making
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, highly adaptable
Hands-on, action-oriented, with a focus on execution and outcomes.
