About the Role
As Manager β HRBP, you will act as a strategic partner with the Sales & Marketing team , managing the complete HR lifecycle from Talent Acquisition to Employee Engagement & Retention . This role is critical in building organizational effectiveness, employee relations, and driving HR strategies aligned with business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales Leadership on workforce planning, succession planning & capability building .
- Manage end-to-end recruitment within defined timelines.
- Implement and optimize sales incentive policies, rewards & recognition programs .
- Drive employee engagement & HR Connects across geographies.
- Resolve employee relations issues, conflicts & disciplinary actions.
- Monitor and improve training & development effectiveness .
- Maintain HR analytics, dashboards & sales policy benchmarking .
- Lead initiatives for Diversity & Inclusion, performance management & compensation .
