Job descriptionMaintain employee master data, records, and trackers for the West Sales team. Assist with leave, attendance, and payroll-related inputs for the region. Prepare HR letters (confirmation, transfer, etc.) and ensure proper documentation. Organize and coordinate regional employee engagement activities and HR initiatives. Act as the first point of contact for routine HR queries from sales employees. Escalate employee concerns / issues to the HRBP when necessary. Support HRBP with data collation, dashboards, and monthly HR reports. Assist in statutory and internal HR compliance requirements. Post graduation; MBA in Human resources. 3-5 years of experience in HR operations, preferably supporting sales or field teams. Strong coordination and organizational abilities. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and HR systems (HRMS / HRIS). Ability to maintain confidentiality and attention to detail.
Job Summary :
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support the Sales function in the West region. The role involves coordination across recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, employee engagement, and compliance. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with excellent organizational skills and a passion for supporting field teams.

- Support offer release, pre-joining formalities, and background verification.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new joiners in the sales function.
