Key Responsibilities
Drive
end-to-end recruitment
for software tech roles across multiple functions and levels.
Develop and execute effective
sourcing strategies
using platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, networking, employee referrals, and talent communities.
Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver high-quality talent within agreed timelines.
Ensure a strong focus on
stakeholder management
, building trusted partnerships with business teams and HR colleagues.
Prepare and present
recruitment dashboards and reports
to provide visibility on hiring metrics, pipeline health, and progress against goals.
Champion an excellent
candidate experience
throughout the hiring process.
Stay updated on
market trends
and talent insights to influence hiring strategies.
Skills & Experience Required
5–7 years of
talent acquisition experience
in IT and Software / Technology companies.
Strong expertise in
sourcing
(active and passive talent) using multiple platforms.
Proven ability to manage
stakeholders
at different levels with strong communication and influencing skills.
Hands-on experience in
recruitment reporting and analytics
; ability to translate data into insights.
Familiarity with
ATS systems
and recruitment tools.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
A collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
