We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Adtech specialist with a strong background in Ad Tech and hands-on experience in campaign optimization and troubleshooting.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience working with Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs) and Supply-Side Platforms (SSPs) and possess in-depth knowledge of digital advertising technologies.

This position involves managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, ensuring high performance and effective media buying :
- Campaign Troubleshooting & Optimization : Troubleshoot and optimize digital advertising campaigns, ensuring high performance and addressing issues across DSP and SSP platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine campaign strategies based on data insights.
- DSP and SSP Management : Proficiently manage and execute campaigns across DSPs and SSPs.
- Develop strategies to maximize ROI and ensure effective media buying.
- Tag Implementation & Management : Create, test, and manage tracking tags and pixels to ensure correct data capture and performance measurement. Ensure proper tag deployment across various platforms.
- Bidding & Targeting Strategies : Leverage knowledge of bidding strategies to optimize budget allocation and campaign performance. Understand and implement sophisticated targeting techniques to ensure ads reach the right audience segments.
- Video Campaign Expertise : Design, manage, and optimize video-based campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Ensure adherence to video specifications, tag configurations, and quality reporting.
- Data-Driven Reporting & Analysis : Utilize reporting tools to track campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and generate insights for optimization. Provide regular reports to internal stakeholders with actionable :
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, specifically in Ad Tech (DSP / SSP).
- Strong experience in campaign optimization and troubleshooting across digital advertising platforms.
- Deep understanding of bidding strategies, targeting methods, and media buying across DSPs and SSPs.
- Hands-on experience managing video-based campaigns, including video specs, tag setup, and quality reporting.
- Experience in managing and troubleshooting CTV campaigns, with focus on platforms, creatives, and performance tracking.
- Expertise in tag management, tracking, and troubleshooting across multiple platforms.
- Proficient in campaign management tools, ad servers, and analytics tools.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to generate insights from performance data.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external Skills :
- Experience with programmatic advertising and real-time bidding.
- Familiarity with industry tools like DV360, The Trade Desk, MediaMath, and others.
- Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager and other tag management solutions.
- Understanding of video formats, VAST, VPAID, and player integrations.
- Experience with CTV-specific DSPs or platforms is a strong plus.
- HTML, JavaScript, and bid response data to support campaign troubleshooting and optimization would be a plus factor but not mandatory.
