Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide L1 & L2 Production Support for Microsoft D365 Project Operations
  • Troubleshoot & resolve issues within Microsoft Project Operations CRM modules
  • Handle incident management and ensure timely ticket resolution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business Required :
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations
  • Good understanding of CRM modules & workflows
  • Experience with troubleshooting & incident management
  • Knowledge of MS Power Platform (added advantage)
  • Strong communication & problem-solving :
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in CRM Support / Development.
  • Experience in Microsoft D365 Project Operations is mandatory.
