Responsibilities :
- Identify and generate leads through cold calling, emailing, social media, and networking.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, presentations, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Understand client needs and propose relevant IT solutions (web, mobile, eCommerce, or custom software).
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical, delivery, marketing) to create proposals, quotations, and project timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM tools.
- Achieve and exceed monthly / quarterly sales targets.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and new opportunities.
Required Skills & Bachelors / master's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in sales or business development (preferably in IT services).Proven track record in lead generation and closing sales deals.Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into client-friendly solutions.Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and online research platforms.(ref : iimjobs.com)
