Business Development Strategies :

  • Design and implement high-impact sales strategies across key regions (USA, Middle East, UK, India) to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
  • Optimize customer acquisition channels, utilizing CRM platforms and data-driven insights to enhance pipeline development and sales cycle efficiency.
  • Define and track KPIs, leveraging sales analytics and predictive modeling to inform decision-making and accelerate market share expansion.

Leadership Capabilities :

  • Lead a high-performing sales team, instilling accountability, agility, and operational excellence to drive revenue growth.
  • Equip the team with advanced sales tools and methodologies to align with business KPIs and deliver client-centric solutions.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with technical and delivery teams to align client solutions with project execution and delivery excellence.
  • Client Engagement :

  • Build strategic, long-term relationships with leadership team members, ensuring alignment of client objectives with tailored tech solutions, including cloud, AI, and enterprise IT offerings.
  • Drive complex, high-value contract negotiations for IT software sales, SaaS, and AI-driven solutions, ensuring strategic alignment and value proposition delivery.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to contract finalization, including RFP management, solution design, proposal development, and contract negotiations to maximize client satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Market Insights and Brand Promotion :

  • Utilize advanced market analytics, competitor benchmarking, and sentiment analysis to optimize go-to-market strategies and refine value propositions.
  • Position Sundew s digital transformation solutions as leaders in AI, ML, cloud, and DevOps through impactful presentations and brand storytelling.
  • Represent Sundew at global conferences, webinars, and events to drive thought leadership and uncover new business opportunities.
  • Revenue Maximization & Process Excellence :

  • Utilize CRM analytics to generate accurate sales forecasts and actionable reports, driving data-driven decisions for leadership.
  • Manage sales budget allocation, optimizing resource utilization and maximizing ROI across sales and marketing efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and regulatory standards in enterprise sales and contract execution.
  • Align with corporate objectives, tracking success via customer acquisition, retention, and growth metrics.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Education :   Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or IT / Computer Science. MBA (Marketing & Sales) is a must.
  • Experience :   12+ years in software solutions sales, product sales, or technology consulting, with a proven track record in B2B IT sales leadership across global markets.
  • Technical Skills :   Expertise in selling IT solutions, cloud platforms, AI, and digital transformation technologies. Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Pipedrive, Salesforce), sales automation tools, and data analytics.
  • Soft Skills :   Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team-building and driving results.
  • Key Attributes :   Strong strategic acumen, customer-focused mindset, emotional intelligence, and the ability to resolve conflicts and manage stakeholder expectations across diverse cultural contexts.
