About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic, execution-focused professional to lead partnerships and customer loyalty initiatives. This role will be pivotal in sourcing and closing partnerships with leading D2C brands, designing engaging membership programs, and running impactful campaigns that enhance customer retention, stickiness, and lifetime value (LTV).
Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)
1. Partnerships & Business Development
- Identify, source, and negotiate strategic partnerships with top D2C brands.
- Structure and close deals that strengthen membership and loyalty offerings.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with partners to drive sustainable growth.
2. Marketing & Campaign Execution
Lead end-to-end execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (Telegram, affiliates, partnerships, etc.).Design and implement targeted campaigns to increase cohort-level engagement and retention.Monitor campaign performance, optimize for ROI, customer stickiness, and LTV.Collaborate with product, growth, and design teams for seamless execution.3. Operations & Reporting
Track and measure partnership and campaign performance through dashboards and reports.Ensure smooth operational processes, from partner onboarding to campaign launch.Analyze customer behavior and recommend data-backed initiatives to strengthen 3-6 years of experience in marketing partnerships, deal sourcing, or affiliate network management.Prior experience in affiliate / partnership companies (e.g., Admitad, vCommission, Optimise Media) preferred.Strong negotiation, relationship management, and business development skills.Data-driven mindset with strong analytical, problem-solving, and execution capabilities.Hands-on expertise in campaign management, CRM tools, and cohort analysis.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.Preferred Background
