Key Responsibilities :

• Proactively identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities to expand our market presence in HRMS and Payroll solutions.
• Cultivate and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads, from initial outreach to deal closure.
• Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations that effectively communicate the value of our HR Tech solutions to potential clients.
• Negotiate and finalize strategic agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their unique business challenges and recommending tailored solutions.
• Collaborate closely with our product and customer success teams to provide valuable market feedback and ensure a seamless client onboarding experience.
