About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Freelance Microsoft Entra ID Trainer to deliver professional training on Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) . The trainer will provide deep knowledge on Identity & Access Management (IAM), Authentication, Conditional Access, Privileged Identity Management (PIM), and Security best practices , ensuring participants gain both conceptual and hands-on expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver end-to-end training on Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD).

Cover core topics such as user lifecycle, authentication, federation, SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, PIM, and RBAC .

Provide hands-on labs, use cases, and project-oriented scenarios .

Explain integrations with Microsoft 365, Azure resources, SaaS apps, and on-premises AD .

Share best practices for security, governance, and compliance .

Prepare and provide training content, exercises, and post-training support .

Required Skills

✅ Strong expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory)

✅ Hands-on knowledge of SSO, Federation, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML, MFA, Conditional Access, RBAC

✅ Experience with Privileged Identity Management (PIM) and Identity Governance

✅ Familiarity with Azure AD Connect, hybrid identity, and on-prem AD integration

✅ Understanding of Zero Trust security model, IAM policies, and compliance frameworks

✅ Excellent presentation, communication, and training delivery skills
