Motivated and detail-oriented Sales specialist to join the Commercial Real Estate Leasing team. The role primarily involves supporting the reporting manager in day-to-day business development client servicing and transaction execution activities. Job Description

About the Role :

• Assist the reporting manager in business development activities including research lead generation and client outreach.
• Support in preparing presentations proposals and financial analysis for clients.
• Conduct market research on commercial real estate trends rental values vacancy levels and upcoming supply.
• Coordinate with landlords developers and clients to schedule property inspections and meetings.
• Maintain and update databases trackers and CRM systems with client interactions and property details.
• Assist in drafting Letters of Intent s) lease agreements and other transaction documentation.
• Provide administrative and analytical support to ensure smooth execution of leasing transactions.
• Work closely with internal teams (legal research finance) for transaction support and client deliverables.
• Build strong working relationships with stakeholders while representing the organization professionally.
