Requirements
Overall 4+ Years of experience in Service Catalogue Management
Process
Knowledge of Service Request and SLM will be an added
advantage.
Should have hands on experience in creating, managing, and
maintaining a service catalog
Focus on creating a user-friendly and intuitive experience for
accessing and understanding the service catalog
Develop and manage the content within the service catalog,
Public
ensuring it is consistent, accurate, and up-to-date
Regularly update and maintain the service catalog with accurate
information, including descriptions, pricing, and related policies
Identify areas for improvement in the catalog management process
and implement changes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Prepare reports on catalog usage, identify trends, and provide
recommendations for optimization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documenting
and explaining services clearly.
