Job description

Responsibilities :

  • MIS Management of Claims, Audit IT Development.
  • No of years 5-8 years Minimum
  • Type of Industry General Insurance
  • Specific knowledge of Property Claims Handling.
  • Experience in Managing internal and external audits.
  • Fair exposure in handling IT projects of commercial lines.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS PP
  • Prepare various excel reports and MS PP on monthly basis.
  • Survey Deputation and maintain appropriate reserves at various intervals in a claim.
  • Regular follow ups and Update status in the core system
  • Manage processing of commercial claims especially Property
  • Maintain inventory of claim files prepare outstanding list for analysis.
  • Manage TAT of claims to ensure targeted disposal of claims MOM.
  • Manage ageing of claims for controlled disposal and restrict spill over in higher age bands MOM.
  • Sort out challenges if any and manage amicable disposal of claims.
  • Generate reports from system for analysis maintain masters in respect to Surveyors.
  • Follow up with IT for systems issues and other administrative work.
  • Work as Business Analyst with IT Team for new applications IT developments.
  • Prepare various reports for Internal and External Audit requirements.
