- Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with business goals to accelerate revenue growth and market expansion.
- Revenue Growth : Lead end-to-end sales operations including forecasting, pipeline management, and business planning to consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual targets.
- Market Expansion : Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, strengthen positioning in existing segments, and drive customer acquisition across industries and geographies.
- Team Leadership : Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales organization that fosters accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
- Client Relationships : Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with key enterprise clients and strategic accounts. Oversee negotiations and ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
