Job description

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership & Revenue Growth

Develop and execute strategies to achieve organizational sales and revenue targets.

Identify, pursue, and convert high-value business opportunities across industries.

Build and manage a scalable sales pipeline with measurable ROI and growth outcomes.

2. Data Architecture & Technology Strategy

Design, define, and oversee enterprise-level

data architecture frameworks

that enable robust, scalable, and efficient data ecosystems.

Ensure alignment between data strategy and business objectives.

Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate cutting-edge technologies (AI, ML, Cloud Data Platforms, etc.).

3. Client Engagement & Business Development

Establish and maintain strong relationships with C-level stakeholders and strategic partners.

Serve as a trusted advisor for clients on data transformation, governance, and modernization initiatives.

Lead business presentations, proposals, and solution demonstrations to win new clients.

4. Product & Go-to-Market Strategy

Contribute to defining and refining product offerings based on client needs and market insights.

Partner with cross-functional teams to drive go-to-market (GTM) plans and delivery excellence.

Analyze market trends and competitor positioning to inform product direction.

5. Team Leadership & Collaboration

Lead and mentor teams of data architects, sales leaders, and business consultants.

Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and performance.

Drive cross-functional alignment between sales, delivery, and product teams.

Experience defining

Qualifications

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree from a

Tier 1 Institution

(IIT, IIM, ISB, XLRI, or equivalent).

Minimum

18 years of professional experience

in IT services, consulting, or data-driven technology roles.

Prior experience with

Big 4 consulting firms

or

leading IT services organizations

preferred.
