- Align marketing initiatives with business objectives and rapidly changing fashion cycles.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management :
Lead international client relationships (especially with major fast fashion brands), ensuring consistent business development and customer satisfaction.Manage key accounts, price negotiations, and deliver customer-centric solutions.Product Development & Category Growth :
Spearhead seasonal collection planning, product development, and innovation in woven segments (tops and bottoms).Ensure alignment with fast fashion turnaround times and customer expectations.Sales Planning & Execution :
Forecast, plan, and drive sales performance across regions with deep involvement in budgeting, revenue planning, and P&L responsibility.Work closely with internal teams to ensure product delivery meets deadlines and quality standards.Team Management & Leadership :
Lead a large marketing and merchandising team across multiple locations, ensuring high performance, training, and succession planning.Cultivate a high-speed execution culture aligned with fast fashion timelines.Cross-Functional Collaboration :
Work with design, production, quality control, and logistics to manage end-to-end execution of buyer orders.Ensure timely communication and alignment across departments for seamless delivery.Proven experience in woven garments (tops & bottoms) for fast fashion markets is mandatory
