Role Overview :
We are looking for an experienced and high-performing B2B Sales Executive with a proven track record in approaching and converting HR leaders, CHROs, L&D Heads, and Corporate Training Stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling our EdTech and upskilling solutions to mid-size and large organizations. This role involves strong consultative selling skills, excellent pitching abilities, and regular travel for client meetings.
Key Responsibilities :
- Approach and build relationships with HR Leaders, CHROs, L&D Heads, Talent Management Teams, and business decision-makers.
- Present and pitch EdTech, upskilling, and workforce development solutions aligned with organizational needs.
- Prospect, qualify, and generate leads through market mapping, networking, and outreach.
- Conduct client meetings (virtual + in-person) to understand training requirements and propose suitable programs.
- Prepare and deliver tailored presentations, proposals, pricing structures, and commercial negotiations.
- Manage the complete sales cycle—from first contact to closure.
- Maintain and grow key accounts by providing ongoing support and relationship management.
- Coordinate with product, academic, and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of corporate learning programs.
- Update CRM regularly and maintain a healthy pipeline.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Candidate Requirements :
Minimum 2–3 years of core B2B sales experience targeting HR / L&D stakeholders (mandatory).Proven success in selling EdTech solutions, corporate training, learning & development programs, or HR-tech offerings.Strong communication, pitching, and negotiation skills with an ability to sell to senior leadership.Demonstrated success in closing enterprise-level deals.Comfortable with frequent travel for client meetings.Highly self-driven, target-oriented, and strong relationship-builder.Proficiency in MS Office, CRM platforms, and corporate sales documentation.
