Role Description
The Sales Executive is a full-time, entry level on-site role based in Bengaluru. The role involves engaging with clients to understand their needs and recommending suitable products, establishing and maintaining relationships with customers, and identifying new sales opportunities. The Sales Executive will achieve sales targets, prepare and deliver presentations, negotiate contracts, and provide outstanding customer service. Additionally, the ideal candidate will support the company’s growth by contributing to sales strategy and identifying market trends.
Qualifications
Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships with clients
Understanding of customer service principles with a focus on client satisfaction
Analytical skills to identify market trends and opportunities
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications
Proven ability to work in high-pressure environments and handle multiple tasks effectively
Previous experience in sales, retail, or a customer-facing role is highly advantageous
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Passion for travel and knowledge of the industry are a plus
