Position Details
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant based in our India office to support senior leadership with U.S.-focused business development, client engagement, and operational activities. The ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting international leaders—particularly U.S.-based executives—demonstrating strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work seamlessly across time zones.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Internal Engagement
- Coordinate client and internal appreciation initiatives (gifting, motivational tools, recognition programs).
- Support planning and execution of virtual / in-person engagement activities to strengthen relationships.
Travel & Logistics
Manage end-to-end travel planning for leaders (flights, hotels, local logistics).Support visa applications, itineraries, and schedule alignment for international travel.Networking & Business Development Support (As a support function / non-target based)
Work with leadership to identify and prioritize a set of clients for outreach.Conduct LinkedIn research to map target organizations and identify the right decision-makers.Maintain and update CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) to ensure accurate tracking of business development efforts.Requirements
Mandatory : Proven experience supporting an international executive, preferably U.S.-based.Strong proficiency in technology platforms (SharePoint, CRM tools such as HubSpot).Quick learner with ability to adopt new digital tools (e.g., ChatGPT, workflow automation tools).Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.Excellent written and verbal communication, with a strong grasp of professional email etiquette.Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and manage time zone differences effectively.Skills : leadership,communication,automation tools,business development
