Job Description

• Drive the delivery strategy to align with business goals, leading teams to ensure on-time and high-quality service delivery.
• Oversee RFP identification and guide teams in developing technical and financial proposals to meet client needs and company goals.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and budgets while optimising resources.
• Own P&L responsibilities, collaborate with finance on revenue forecasts, budgets, and cost management, and report key metrics to leadership.
• Oversee all operational and strategic planning, including fostering innovation, planning projects, and organising and negotiating the allocation of resources.
• Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning and quality.
• Mentor and develop a direct team, managing work allocation, training, problem resolution, performance evaluation, and the building of an effective team dynamic.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Global Delivery Head should have :

• A degree in Engineering, Information Technology or Computer Science along with a master's in computer science or MBA preferred.
• 25+ years of overall experience with a strong track record in delivering large scale complex programs to execution coming from a Products and Services industry.
• Long-standing experience of managing and delivering projects in the government sector is a must have.
• Expertise in managing the full delivery life cycle, from RFP and Bid processes through to execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and in top quality.
• Strong project management skills with experience in PM tools, IT service delivery methodologies and framework.
• Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management and negotiation skills to work with business stakeholders, vendors and clients.
• A proven track record in managing large, diverse teams.
• Strong financial and business acumen.
