Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Centre Head to lead the new Global Delivery Centre in Bangalore.
This is a leadership role that combines P&L ownership, delivery excellence, and business growth, responsible for scaling operations, building teams, and acquiring new clients while ensuring world-class delivery execution.
Key Responsibilities
Set up, scale, and manage the new Global Delivery Centre in Bangalore to full operational capacity.Drive business growth through strategic acquisition of new clients, with a particular focus on SAP-based engagements.Create and execute the roadmap for centre expansion, talent strategy, and capability building.Oversee delivery governance, ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes across all projects.Partner with global leadership to define business plans, budgets, and delivery frameworks aligned with organizational goals.Lead and mentor senior delivery, operations, and functional leaders, fostering a culture of ownership and innovation.Own the end-to-end business cycle — from client acquisition to delivery excellence, profitability, and long-term client relationships.Represent the organization at client meetings, industry forums, and strategic events to enhance brand visibility.Ideal Profile
15+ years of experience in the IT / Consulting industry, with 7+ years in leadership roles.Strong SAP background with proven delivery and business management experience.Demonstrated success in building or scaling business units / delivery centres within global or offshore environments.Proven ability to acquire new clients and deliver strong revenue growth.Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.Strategic thinker with the ability to balance business development, delivery execution, and operational governance.Work Environment
