Head Of Operations & Delivery | Early-Stage Fintech Portfolio Company

One of our early-stage Fintech portfolio companies is growing rapidly, and they are looking for a Head of Operations & Delivery to build, scale, and lead a robust, high-performance service delivery function from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute the blueprint for a cost-effective, high-performance delivery function
• Development of a scalable hub-and-spoke operational model across India
• Build and manage a low-cost, high-performance delivery team that can scale rapidly
• Take full ownership of defining the appropriate business model and operating procedures
• Lead the growth of the team, managing and mentoring a 150+ member operations team across 15+ cities by the end of the next financial year
• Champion a tech and data-led approach to operations, leveraging AI and automation
• Establish strict controls and audit mechanisms to ensure process integrity and service quality
• Act as the local face of the company, building and managing critical working relationships with banking and financial partners at the local and regional levels
