Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Brand Manager to lead our skin care brand's marketing efforts in Hyderabad. As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for entire brand planning, brand strategy and branding and over all brand developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive brand growth, increase customer engagement, and expand our market share.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute marketing strategies : Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives.

2. Brand positioning and messaging : Define and maintain our brand's unique value proposition, tone, and messaging.

3. Product launches and promotions : Plan and execute successful product launches, promotions, and events.

4. Digital marketing and social media : Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, and influencer partnerships.

5. Budget management and ROI analysis : Manage marketing budgets, track ROI, and optimize marketing spend.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams : Work closely with sales, product development, and creative teams to ensure aligned brand strategies.

Requirements

1. 4-6 years of experience : Proven experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field in the FMCG industry.

2. Relevant industry experience : Experience in the beauty / personal care industry, with a focus on skin care.

3. Marketing skills : Excellent marketing skills, including brand positioning, messaging, and campaign execution.

4. Leadership and collaboration : Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and creative.

5. Analytical and problem-solving skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and optimize marketing strategies.

6. Founder collaboration : Work directly with the Founder on a day-to-day basis to shape brand vision, strategy, and execution, ensuring alignment with the company's long-term goals.

Note

Only candidates with relevant experience in the FMCG industry, specifically in the beauty / personal care sector, will be considered for this position.
