Job descriptionCompany Valuation : 200 million Approximately Annual Revenue as of 2024 : 13-14 million USD. 60-65% Year-on year growth Highest funding in the SaaS Space Develop and implement a compelling Employer Value Proposition (EVP) aligned with the company's culture, mission, and business goals. Create and manage content for employer branding campaigns across LinkedIn, Glassdoor, careers pages, and social media. Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition to design recruitment marketing strategies that attract top talent. Measure employer brand impact through analytics, surveys, and candidate feedback. Collaborate with Marketing and Design teams to ensure brand consistency across internal and external channels. Build and execute an internal communications strategy that strengthens employee engagement and aligns teams with company objectives. Draft and manage executive messages, newsletters, intranet updates, and internal announcements. Partner with leadership and HR to communicate organizational changes, initiatives, and culture-building activities. Lead communication efforts for employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and events. Use storytelling to highlight employee success stories and promote a strong sense of belonging. Work closely with HR, Marketing, CSR, and Leadership teams to ensure a cohesive narrative across all employee touchpoints. Support change management communication strategies for new policies, tools, or structural changes. Bachelor's degree in communications, Marketing, HR, or related field. 3–6 years of experience in Employer Branding, Internal Communications, or HR Marketing. Proven experience managing internal campaigns, social media, or content projects that enhance engagement or attract talent. Strong storytelling, writing, and editing skills. Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines. Familiarity with analytics tools, employer review platforms (e.g., Glassdoor, LinkedIn Insights), and content management systems. Experience with creative content production (video, design, or digital storytelling). Understanding of employee engagement metrics and communications analytics. Passion for culture, people, and building meaningful employee experiences.

- We are B2B SaaS Platform pre-dominantly into the HR Space, helping companies and employees w.r.t time, attendance, performance management, payroll management, onboarding and hiring modules.
- This is one of those products which any HR would need to automate his / her process in any organization.
- 8 years since we have entered the market, and we do have a client base of around 8500 at present domestically and now we are planning to expand to the US Market
- Some of our clients are OYO, RR, Dream11, One+, shadi.com and so on. We have recently received Series funding of $57 million as well which is highest in the SaaS world.
