"-" Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that enhance AND Spaces’ identity, market presence, and brand recall.
"-" Ensure alignment of all brand communications with the company’s vision, values, and positioning.
Brand Consistency & Design Management
"-" Maintain brand consistency across all consumer interaction points including marketing collaterals, project sites, events, and digital channels.
"-" Collaborate with design agencies and vendors to create high-quality, brand-aligned creative assets.
"-" Oversee content creation and ensure brand storytelling is compelling, differentiated, and consistent along with external agencies.
Research & Insights
"-" Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
"-" Monitor brand performance and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.
" Key Skills & Competencies "
"-" Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Media, Communications, or related field.
"-" 5 - 8 years of experience in brand management, preferably in real estate, lifestyle, or FMCG sectors.
"-" Proven track record of building and sustaining brand identity across diverse channels.
