Job Description :
We are looking for a proactive and confident Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the construction or real estate industry , with strong communication and customer engagement skills. The role involves interacting with clients, explaining our services, and assisting the sales or project team in lead conversion.
Key Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on inquiries.
- Explain company services such as construction, interior design, or renovation clearly and persuasively.
- Maintain and update client databases and call records.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales or site team.
- Handle customer queries and ensure prompt responses.
- Coordinate with internal teams for project or site-related updates.
- Achieve weekly and monthly calling targets.
- Provide regular feedback and reports to the management team.
Requirements :
6 months to 3 years of telecalling or customer support experience.Experience in the construction or real estate industry is an added advantage.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).Ability to handle calls professionally and build rapport with clients.Fluency in English, Kannada, and Hindi preferred.Skills Required
