In this position, you will collaborate with the CMD Paid Media team. This team is responsible for creating, building and maintaining best-in-class global marketing journeys across digital media channels. This position will provide day-to-day support, collaborate with partners as needed during planning and execution, and provide insight into opportunities to optimize campaigns and processes.

What will you do?

Use your knowledge of AI, AEO, GEO, SEO, and SERPs to inform, create, and optimize digital marketing campaigns and tactics

Provide administrative and operational support to the Digital Marketing Team

Management of the end-to-end invoicing process for paid media vendors ensuring budget accuracy

Evaluate and monitor campaign / tactic performance with the ability to provide insights.

Troubleshoot marketing database management (general system issues and business partner system questions).

Participate and communicate in business partner meetings

Document training materials and SOPs as needed

How will you get here?

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

Minimum of 4-5 years related experience (digital campaign management, integrated marketing across search, paid media, email, web, social, customer service, sales, events, onsite stores)

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Ability to work successfully with remote teams (virtual team environment)

Thorough with strong organizational skills, able to thrive under tight deadlines and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently

Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as proofreading skills

Experience working within Digital Marketing systems, i.e. Workfront, AEM, Google, Social Media platforms, Sprinklr, Meta Campaigns, LinkedIn Campaigns

Moderate proficiency using Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Teams
