We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing professional to lead and execute online marketing initiatives. The role involves developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote the organization’s digital marketing strategy. These professional plays a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, and acquiring the target audience. The ultimate focus is on driving brand visibility, generating leads, and improving customer engagement through various channels.
Key Responsibilities
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis.
- Optimize website architecture, content, and linking for better search rankings.
- Develop backlink strategies and outreach campaigns.
- Regularly audit websites for SEO health and implement technical improvements.
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
Digital Marketing Campaigns & Performance Management
Manage and execute campaigns across various digital channels ( Google Ads, LinkedIn, Bing, and display networks )Strategize, Launch & Optimize SEM Lead Generation campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn), managing them daily.Track and improve metrics such as ROI, CPC, CTR , reach, engagement, and conversions from social campaignsExperiment with A / B testing across ads, CTAs, and landing pages.Run paid social media campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, X (Formerly Twitter) Ads, etc.).Email Marketing, CRM
Maintain and grow segmented subscriber lists for better targeting through CRM and marketing automation platforms .Optimize subject lines, CTAs, and templates.Ensure email deliverability and compliance with spam laws (GDPR, CAN-SPAM).Automate lead nurturing workflows to guide prospects through the funnel.Run targeted campaigns (push notifications, in-app messages, email, SMS).Content Marketing & Strategy and Brand Advocacy
Develop content for blogs, POVs, Case Studies, Videos, and playbooks, and web content with SEO strategy.Identify trending topics and create engaging digital content.Enhance Positioning by creating unique value propositions & elevator pitches.Create Customer Advocacy by generating client testimonials (AV and text).Analytics & Reporting
Use Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and social insights to track performance.Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).Generate weekly / monthly reports with actionable insights.Define and monitor KPIs for all campaigns (traffic, leads, conversions, engagement).Monitor and analyze campaign performance, including metrics such as CPA, CPL, ROAS, LTV , and conversion rates.Identify trends and insights and optimize spending and performance based on the insights.Requirements
Requirements
Education : Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, Engineering, or a related field. Graduate / Post Graduate qualification is also noted.Experience : Requires proven experience in Digital Marketing, ranging from 4–5 years.Tools Proficiency : Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush / Ahrefs, Mailchimp / HubSpot, and Meta Ads Manager . Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends). Experience with ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas).Analytical Ability : Strong analytical skills, data-driven thinking, and the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Ability to translate data into actionable insights.Preferred Skills
Marketing Automation : Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Zoho MarketingHub, Marketo, etc.).Technical Knowledge : Knowledge of basic HTML / CSS for landing page optimization. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.Requirements
Qualifications : A graduate or a postgraduate in Mechanical engineering and 3-5 years of experience. Knowledge and experience using CAD systems for design Specific experience in design and development of Fluid sub systems are highly desirable.
