Systems Engineer – Level 3 (Internal)Remote working 24X5 shiftMandatory skills : AWS cloud infrastructure + OKTA administrationFull time job with our clientOverview : The L3 Systems Engineer role is more engineering-focused than traditional system admin roles. It blends AWS design, implementation, SaaS administration, on-prem oversight, and technical leadership. This role also acts as escalation for L2s and is expected to mentor junior engineers.Responsibilities : - Design, deploy, and manage AWS cloud infrastructure (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, Lambda, CloudFormation).- Implement and maintain disaster recovery solutions (Veeam, Commvault, AWS Snapshots).- Administer SaaS (Okta, AWS Workspaces, Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom).- Monitor observability tools (Datadog, Orion, Nagios, WhatsUp Gold).- Support Active Directory, hardware lifecycle, Windows / Mac OS.- Collaborate with DevOps for CI / CD pipelines.- Provide escalation support, mentor L2 engineers.- Support in security incident responses (“all hands on deck”).- Balance hands-on work with governance and compliance awareness.Qualifications : - 5+ years AWS engineering / administration.- AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional preferred / expected.- Proven Okta administration expertise.- Infrastructure automation (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).- Familiarity with containers (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS / EKS).- Strong networking background (TCP / IP, DNS, VPN).- Excellent troubleshooting / documentation skills.- Bachelor’s degree in CS / IT.- Cloud experience + Okta are non-negotiables.- Certifications : L2 may be flexible, L3 expected to have certifications.-
