Software Engineer - Systems Integration

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Software Engineer to join our Crop Production team at ITC Gurgaon.

This role focuses on the design, development, and integration of software systems and APIs in agricultural machinery and related platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in scalable software design, with hands-on experience in modern programming languages and system integration.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design, development, and integration of software systems and components.
• Collaborate with global and local cross-functional teams including Product Engineering, Quality Assurance, and DevOps.
• Create and manage detailed technical specifications and API documentation, ensuring code quality and scalability.
• Conduct code reviews, performance analysis, and security audits.
• Support system deployments, troubleshoot production issues, and resolve integration challenges during development and testing.
• Ensure compliance with software security, data privacy, and regulatory standards.
• Drive performance optimization and code quality initiatives through innovative software design approaches.
• Work closely with product and business teams to ensure design feasibility and a seamless user experience.
• Maintain design documentation, version control, and change management through modern PLM systems.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in software development processes and best practices.
