About Credit Admin Department
The Credit Admin Department manages entire credit delivery and credit monitoring for Corporate Banking clients and acts as an interface between the bank and the client. The focus is to ensure efficient credit delivery and superior customer experience. The team of Credit Managers and Service RM interacts with the Borrower to obtain pre-requisites for disbursement, ensures timely disbursement and facilitates post disbursement monitoring by liaising with the Borrower.
About the Role
The CAD Group Head manages the team of Credit Admin Managers and is responsible for handling the entire credit delivery and credit monitoring for Corporate Banking clients and the official acts as an interface between the bank and the client and is actively involved in Customer service also. The Group Head monitors all client engagements and ensures efficient credit delivery and superior customer experience. The role also ensures closure of all regulatory observations and zero non-compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Processing mandated transaction as per ESCROW / TRA / Sanction
Ensure prompt resolution of business requirements
Ensuring compliance of guidelines (Internal / regulatory) related to Credit Delivery activities
Monthly & fortnightly maintain the Bank's exposure data and regularly publish to all stakeholders
Initiatives taken for improvement in TAT & Reduction of NFTR
Timely and accurate submission of subsidy claim and adjustment thereof under various subsidy schemes
Achieve defined increase in productivity
Timely submission of review, reconciliation & monitoring of Credit Delivery activities and gap observed during SOX / EGRC walk through
Sharing Exchange of Information on a quarterly basis to all the banks & tracking of inward EOI
Guide & train the team member to manage the work efficiently
Qualifications
Graduate
8-10 of work experience in BFSI sector
Proficiency in Microsoft excel and other data analysis tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with internal & external stakeholder.
