Position : City Head Location : Pan India Business Unit : Select Role Type : Full-time | On-site Function : Business Leadership | City P&L & EBITDA Ownership | Sales, Design & Execution Salary Structure : 80% Fixed + 20% Variable (Annual)

As a City Head (Select BU) at Livspace, you will serve as the business owner for your city - responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and driving sustainable growth. This is a high-impact leadership role with full ownership of the City's P&L (EBITDA), and direct accountability for Sales, Design, Execution, and Customer Experience.

You will be responsible for managing monthly revenues of ~- 100 - 150 Cr annually, and will drive EBITA growth while maintaining sustainable revenue growth with ~100+ team members. You will lead cross-functional teams, define and execute the city strategy, manage performance, and ensure operational excellence across all areas.

All City-level Sales, Design, and Operations teams will report directly to you. Additionally, you will be closely working with HR Business Partners, City CMMs, TA Leads, Channel Leads, Modular Design Support Teams, and other Central Function SPOCs to run the city holistically and deliver the desired EBITDA with sustained revenue growth.

• Lead the overall business performance of the city with complete P&L and EBITDA accountability with a Minimum Revenue Goal / AOP
• Develop and execute strategies to drive profitability, growth, and operational excellence
• Monitor key business metrics, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions proactively
