Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of project planning, execution & contract management.
- Develop project scopes, objectives, and ensure technical feasibility.
- Implement effective project management processes to track project progress, risks, and performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines effectively.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project completion.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and quality requirements.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams to achieve project goals.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and best practices in project management.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the project team.
Qualifications
Education Qualification : - Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field (Masters preferred)
Certification required : - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desirable
Experience : - 15-20 years of experience in infrastructure - Construction of Roads / Highways / Tunnels and Civil Structures in Himalayan Terrain .
