As Senior Manager – Growth, you will own the end-to-end Product Pnl, Launch new programs, own GTM strategy, drive growth planning, and scale new verticals. The ideal candidate brings strong business acumen, sharp analytical thinking, and a proven track record of driving sustainable growth and building high-impact, scalable operations from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities :

• P&L Ownership & Portfolio Scaling
• Own end-to-end P&L for the vertical, driving growth while optimizing costs.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration (Product, Marketing, Sales, Academics, Operations) to ensure vertical success and financial performance.
• Conduct Market research, competition study & stay updated with the market
• Launh new programs & drive success
• Go-To-Market Strategy :
• Design and execute GTM plans for multiple projects.
• Getting your hands dirty to drive real impact.
• Define customer personas, market segmentation, and competitive differentiation to drive positioning and messaging
• Data-Driven Product & Business Decisions
• Own tracking and analysis of key performance metrics
• Leverage insights to influence product enhancements, pricing strategy, GTM adjustments, and long-term roadmap.
