The Role

Our client, a leading financial services firm, is seeking an experienced

Senior Manager – HRIS & Governance Lead

with expertise in Workday Solutions. This individual will be responsible for leading architectural design, governance, compliance, and system integrity across Workday modules, ensuring scalable and future-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design

Lead the architectural design of Workday tenant configurations.

Ensure alignment with business needs and enterprise requirements.

Develop scalable, future-proof solutions across Workday modules.

Governance & Compliance

Establish and maintain governance frameworks for configuration changes.

Manage security design and access controls to meet compliance standards.

Conduct regular audits and maintain documentation (decision logs, configuration inventories, etc.).

System Integrity & Change Management

Oversee change processes across production, sandbox, and implementation tenants.

Ensure data accuracy and integrity through governance policies and monitoring.

Reporting & Analytics

Create and maintain advanced reports, dashboards, and analytics for leadership insights.
