Manager – Growth , you will own the end-to-end Product Pnl, Launch new programs, own GTM strategy, drive growth planning, and scale new verticals. Key Responsibilities :
P&L Ownership & Portfolio Scaling
Own end-to-end P&L for the vertical, driving growth while optimizing costs.
Lead cross-functional collaboration (Product, Marketing, Sales, Academics, Operations) to ensure vertical success and financial performance.
Conduct Market research, competition study & stay updated with the market
Launh new programs & drive success
Go-To-Market Strategy :
Design and
execute
GTM plans for multiple projects.
Getting your hands dirty to drive real impact.
Define customer personas, market segmentation, and competitive differentiation to drive positioning and messaging
Data-Driven Product & Business Decisions
Own tracking and analysis of key performance metrics
Leverage insights to influence product enhancements, pricing strategy, GTM adjustments, and long-term roadmap.
Requirements :
4-5 years of experience in growth, strategy, revenue, or GTM roles, preferably in EdTech, Consulting, or high-growth startups.
Strong strategic thinking and structured problem-solving capabilities.
Proven experience in building GTM plans, product marketing strategies, growth models.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
High ownership, agility, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
