This role is for a technically savvy Pre-sales Consultant with expertise in the Salesforce CRM platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both development and business analysis, enabling them to bridge the gap between technical solutions and business needs. They will be responsible for a wide range of pre-sales activities, from crafting proposals to conducting client presentations and managing proof of concepts.
Responsibilities
- Provide detailed technical and functional answers for RFIs (Request for Information) and RFPs (Request for Proposal) .
- Identify gaps in business requirements and produce comprehensive techno-functional proposals .
- Develop and deliver compelling product presentations, demonstrations, and Proof of Concepts (POCs) .
- Support the sales team by providing technical analysis, scoping requirements, and preparing accurate effort and cost estimations .
- Assist in creating a compelling business case and ROI (Return on Investment) for clients.
- Actively participate in sales meetings and customer-facing events as a technical representative.
- Build and maintain strong technical relationships with both customers and internal delivery teams.
- Manage the successful hand-over of projects to post-sales support and professional services for live implementation.

Required Skills :
Strong experience in providing pre-sales support for the Salesforce CRM platform .Deep knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Communities, Chatter, and Salesforce1 .Experience with development in any technology, and the ability to understand and reproduce technical designs and architecture diagrams.Affinity for both technology and business , with fluency in English communication (written and verbal).Strong ability to demonstrate the business value of technical solutions.Must be able to translate technical and business requirements into cost-efficient solutions.Excellent presentation and demonstration skills .Strong understanding of Cloud Computing and cloud-based solutions.Good working knowledge of database technologies like MS SQL Server, Oracle, and MySQL .Good working knowledge of web & mobile technologies, including HTML, XML, and Salesforce1 .Good understanding of enterprise applications & technologies like ERP, CRM, EAI, and Social Media .Preferred Skills :
Strong skills in data management , including warehousing, segmentation, and security.Sales Cloud / Service Cloud Consultant certification .Deep understanding of web-based systems architecture, SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture) , and enterprise application architecture.Knowledge of Project Management methodologies , including Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall.Deep understanding of B2B Integration, EDI integrations, third-party integrations, and various APIs and protocols like SOAP and REST.Qualifications
A degree in Science or Engineering .Immediate availability is preferred.Skills Required
