About the role :

From understanding the customer's problem statement to advocating the functionality, architecture and security of our product, at Darwinbox, Technical Presales plays a critical role in the success of every enterprise sales pursuit we make. By leveraging deep IT systems expertise and comprehensive HCM product knowledge – Darwinbox's Technical Presales Consultants provide expert solutions, presentations, workshops and IT architecture capability demonstrations to the customer throughout the sales cycle.

Responsibilities :

• Articulate to enterprise customers the differentiated technology value proposition of Darwinbox
• Present, demonstrate Darwinbox's technology architecture, security and DevOps capabilities
• Build relationships with client IT stakeholders to ensure buy-in on technology aspects
• Own technical collaterals & RFP submission as part of the sales process
• Understand the existing IT landscape of clients and Develop solutions as part of product workshops
• Collaborate with Product and Infosec teams to create technical documentation and relevant handover documentation

including technical design documents and network diagrams
